Why trade options?And understand what is options
Hi readers
Alot of investors who keep away from trading or any kinf instruments because they feel that its a ZERO SUM Game. Why? Cause they always thinks that everytime there is a winner in the market means there is a loser. You have to understand that OPTIONS trading is never a sure lose or zero sum chess board. Simple reason is that for options there are lots of ways that they can hedge against each other. Also you and i dun have to know how many options contracts actually expired worthless. Or how many won and lost the chess game in order to figure out the numbers of winnings and losers in the market. So its never a '' When there is a loser, there will be a winner'' It does not mean that way.
Lets put it in a simpler way. If you Buy a contract of straght options CALL. It does not mean that the seller who sells you the contracts loses money. And neither that when you buy it means that you are losing. Why? Cause you can actually convert it into a call spread. Or bought the contract options using spread.What is a call spread? this i will cover in the later part.
We all have to understand this theory. Its unlike trading other counters of direct buy and sell. Its totall unlike shares or scripts. Options there are lots of ways you can play around with. Like PUTs or Calls or spreads. it can actually make you tones of money if you know the systen right. And the application which is the most important. Its totally unlike shares market where when you buy means that the direction will have to be up trend. So when you sell it. You make the profit. Its totally another kind of story for options. We will cover more on this in the later part.

Lets do a little bit of a sharing here and comments. A readers friend send and ask me on this APH which has insider trading. So i did a little research on it. rember me telling you guys that there will awalys be something comming up when there is insider trading??? this is totally free. there is a announcement make on dividend on 28/7 which was??? Ha...did i tell you that sure there is facts and factors around. So do take note of this...As this is one of the easiest strategy in the options market. Why...Cause the counter or stocks will either move in big ways either a up or down. So using options trading will be the best way out. Cause you can repair your status....even if its not in your direction....

This morning is a good morning. I have notice that there is trend in the market now... Bt it may not be true. Just take for example. Cause DJIA may fail you. On closed to every weds of the week. The DJIA will bounce for the last 1 month aready.. And true enough...DJIA last nite rebounces. Today will be a good market to trade in STI which is sg market. I too have notice a few couners of stocks.

yangzijiang is todays counter that is a look at.... Lots of queing up if you can see from market depth. Does this applies strategy can be used in al market? Yes ...but do rember...
This strategy that i taught is only for few cents takers...Never be greedy with it. If you have earn enough for it....Take the money and run. Wether is is 20 or 200 or 2000... calculate your winnings vs your commissions then sell off when the buyers side is running low of people....

then request for a virual account....
i highly recommend this optionsxpress cause its more simple to used.
And there you can setup all in auto mode. Where you can set to kill your position etc
if you are those professional traders...then you may wanna consider using www.interactivebrokers.com which is very fast and not easy to used.
This i will cover in the later part of the options trading uses...so please try to be patience...

Like alot of people having paid for seminars like i did last time. Like i said alot of information is online unlike asia. In the USA market , information of companies and etc are all online. Just that do you know where to get it thats all. It actually helps you determine which counter or share or options you can take a look at. Today am going to share something on whats known as insider trading.
Lets see. If you are in asia then insider trading is illiegal. But in the USA market. It is very much a good information which is legal. Why and how insider trading helps us wether this options has the potiencial to movement? DO you know where to get this information for FREE?
Why do you have to pay hundreds of dollors per mth for breifing.com and reuters.com etc?

Edvience of why its better t closed your trade daily
Hi guys
Remeber me tell you all that its always adviseable to closed your trade daily in this unforseen conditions of the USA market. The last two days DJIA was flying all the way and making singapore market confidence and hence the maket too pick up last two days, So if you have not took my advise and strategy. Wether is it my strategy or your own or others. Its always adviseable to closed your trade daily....Unlike opions where you can do repair. For stocks trading you can never do any repair on it.
You can never forsee whats gonna be the market like tomorrow. So why take the risk? My advise is based on my experience for years of trading, There may always be good news or oil price comming down etc to make the market moves in th USA. But you never know how the market will react. Cause in todays market, the most important thing we have to understand is that its not the people that will react. Its the population of traders that will react. There may be alot of good news on earnings etc. But the market still does not go in the direction of whats too be. Why simple for my understanding. You may think that its good news for you and me. But not for family or youy family. The simple logic of this is that. You never know what i forsee and am thinking. Lets discuss this. Hope that you guys will give some comments. Cause there is not right or wrong.
